Chairman Of The BoardAs the Chairman of the Board, Cliff is responsible for guiding and mentoring the executive team to meet and exceed Comlink's Long Range Plan. With a background in financial and business management, Cliff has over 40 years of experience in the cable and telecommunications industries. Cliff has led many successful companies, including Rogers Cable Systems and Eschelon Telecom, where he was the founder and CEO. When he’s not in the office, Cliff can be found on the golf course, watching CNN, or spending time with his wife and 6 grandkids.

EVP, Planning & Business DevelopmentAs the EVP of Planning & Business Development for Comlink, Regan leads the strategic planning, marketing and communications, technology, legal and administration practices. In her 18 years of business management, Regan has led multiple disciplines, with consistent focus on building stronger, smarter, and more collaborative teams. Regan enjoys spending weekends at the cabin with her husband and 2 daughters, and when she’s not out skiing or mountain biking, she’s curled up by the fire with her dog and a good book.

Residing in Eden Prairie with his wife Christina, Mike is adjusting to “empty-nester” life and enjoys riding his motorcycle.

He also oversees project management, a critical function responsible for sales and customer relations. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction and telecommunications industry, Kris brings a vast array of expertise to the Comlink team. When not at work, Kris enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. One of their favorite things to do as a family is heading to the lake for camping, fishing, and roasting marshmallows for s’mores around the fire.

Director, Human ResourcesAs head of Human Resources, Vicki oversees the HR function at Comlink. Vicki’s areas of expertise include employee relations, organizational development and design, talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits management. With 18 years of experience in the human resources field, all in the telecommunications industry, Vicki has brought a strategic and focused effort to expanding our human resources program. Outside of work, Vicki likes to spend time with family; together with her husband, she is raising two teenage multi-sport athletes. She is ruled by two rigorous youth hockey schedules and loves every minute of it.
